Story
Before a landscape is drawn, there is a moment of attention: watching how a place is used, where water travels, how a building meets the ground. Atelier Entracte takes its name from this pause, when stepping back allows the relationships within a site to become visible. Based in Versailles, the practice works through these connections, from the threshold of a garden to the changing uses of a shared courtyard. The identity and presentation materials follow this movement between observation and action, bringing the thinking behind each landscape into view alongside its drawings. They tell the story of a place becoming a project, then finding its way back into everyday life.
